You will be send us the following details:
- Time, date and venue of the event
- The number of participants
We will send you:
- The proposal
After the proposal has been agreed:
- You send us the list of questions to be asked with answer options
- We design and organise the presentation and send you for the approval
- Presentations can be designed in both Arabic and English languages
- Arabic presentation must be sent in Arabic – We do not translate 🙂
- Changes can be done at this stage
On the day of the event(s):
- Our event specialist/technician will ensure that the voting session runs smoothly
- We also have our facilitator to run the voting presentation for you if needed
After the event:
- The voting software generates results in various formats which you could use for future development.
